Please go through our Return Policy to find out what are the circumstances in which you can/cannot return the ordered product.
- 1. We accept return of the purchased product from Happydeal18 within 7 days after purchasing it.
- 2. You are eligible to Return / Exchange product within 7 days of receiving your order.
- 3. We only accept the product in returns that are not used, un-rinsed, un-damaged, or not altered.
- 4. We’ll also not accept the return goods if they are not in original packaging. It should also include the packing slip in your original order while you send back any return.
- 5. You can simply contact our customer care team at: firstname.lastname@example.org to report the return or call our Customer Care Support to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
- 6. Any products that are returned & if they do not follow our guidelines will not be processed, hence no credit will be issued.
- 7. We will credit the complete refund/amount of the order, once we receive the product in good condition.
- 8. Do not share your internet
banking details, such as user ID/password or your credit/debit
card number/CVV/OTP with anyone – either over phone or through email.
- 9. If you intend to Replace / Return any product, please provide return form sample copy with the product.
- 10. We initiate all the process within one week after receiving the item. If at all you have any query about the return status or how to return a product, please feel free to contact our customer support team via email or call.
- 11. On a very special note, it is we who take final decisions on returns that are subject to happydeal18's discretion, none of the process will move further without RMA's.
- 12. Process of returning the product and also notifying you will be done by Mail only.
